What the deal Khleo, you have been moving and shaking lately, let everyone know what’s been going on in your world.

Making moves, making noise, trending worldwide, running twitter with my team, making the ladies Sweat It Out. Its all good.

Let’s take it back to beginning, you started out as a child actor in blockbuster movies like ‘Holes’, ‘Walking Tall’ and ‘Hurricane Season’, what did you learn from these experiences and how do you feel it helps you as an artist?

Practice makes perfect in both. Just how you work on becoming a better writer, and a better lyricist, and a better artist, you work on your lines for a scene over & over again until you feel its at its best.

When did you know you wanted to persue a career in music? Do you have any musical influences?

Ive always had a passion for music. I actually wrote the theme song for Holes as well. So music has been coming. DJ Quik, TI, & the Dream.

A lot of artists dream of going on tour as they come up in the game, you had a ton of experience in that area, can you share some of the tour details and how it helped you enhance your performance technique and stage presence?

Being on the Scream Tour & the Up Close & Personal tour were amazing learning experiences. I bring nothing but energy to the stage. I want the crowd to look up there and really be rocking with me as im rocking with them.

The digital era is upon us and you have basically cracked the code and run the matrix, how have you used social media to your advantage and why do people want to follow the #teamkhleo movement?

I used sites like Twitter & Ustream to interact with my fans. I let them in my world and let them see how I create. By me doing that, I believe that made them latch on and want to support something that was real and related to them. #TeamKhleo is something people even off of twitter are aware of. The presence of us is very strong.

You recently released ‘Slick Livin’ mixtape with Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes, why should potential new fans download the product? What do you want them to take away from listening to it?

People should download it to hear what I can do. For people to hit me up asking why did I give it away for FREE & offering to pay because it was that good, I know I did something right. The new fans will hear something they’ve never heard before. I want them to take away the stories, words, hooks. everything. I do this for the people.

You have your own clothing line FRK apparel, why did you feel clothing was a good move for you and how has it helped your brand overall?

Fashion is something I love. So to be able to start FRK Apparel, and release some real slick T’s as far as the graphics is a dream come true. Not only that, my fans have been wanting some merchandise for a long time. FRK is just the beginning.

You also have recently been endorsed by Beats by Dre Headphones & Adidas, why are
brands starting to flock to you in efforts to associate your name with theirs?

I believe its because they see that the fan base is growing and has been for some time. They see that ive secured something that most artist are still trying to build. Im blessed for that.

Whats next for Khleo?

Making 2012 unforgettable for my team, my self, & my fans. I feel good about my plans for this year. Not 1 doubt.
